Sign Up Today to be a 401k Easy Referral Partner

To become a 401k Easy Referral Partner and earn $100 for EACH company adopting a 401k Easy Online 401k plan that names you as the "How did you learn about us?" source in our order form (or have the customer qualify for the $100 rebate)...

-- First, read the Referral Partner Agreement.
All Referral Partner applicants must agree to the terms of the Agreement for their Referral Partner Applications to be accepted.

-- Second, complete and submit the below Referral Partner Application.
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation (or other, if you don't have e-mail) that you have been added to our Referral Partner Program and are eligible for the rights and benefits thereof as soon as your completed application has been processed. Once you receive this written confirmation, you're eligible to earn referral commissions (or have customers you refer be eligible for the $100 rebate).

-- If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application (such as a designation to have commissions deferred to the customer as a rebate), please contact us IN WRITING (e-mail transmission OK). Any change to your Application will not become effective, however, until we notify you of its acceptance in writing.
